We’re always looking for quality doctors to join our national network. If you have a favorite doctor or provider who isn’t in-network, fill out and submit a Provider Nomination Form and we’ll contact them directly.*
Continue your care
If you’re new to Cigna Healthcare and receiving treatment for a specific condition with a provider who’s not in our network, you can continue until a safe transfer of care is arranged with an in-network provider or facility. Please note, you must apply by filling out the Transition of Care Form no later than 30 days after your start date with Cigna Healthcare. For questions, you can email us.

All Amazonians have the option to choose the OAP IN Enhanced Plan, which has a tiered benefit design:
- Tiered primary and specialty care where Tier 1 providers exist
- Copay Tier 1/non-Tier 1 for primary care is $30/$50, respectively
