There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, especially when it comes to our diverse group of employees across the globe.

You as a leader have an impactful role in fostering an environment that prioritizes mental health and well-being. We recognize that talking about mental health can be difficult, and feeling responsible for others’ mental health can be overwhelming. We want to reassure you that you are not alone in this effort, and being able to care for your team starts with caring for yourself.

When we prioritize our own well-being, it allows us to ensure we have the energy and capacity to continue caring for others as well.
