1The cost shown on the Benefits Web Center during 2025 Annual Benefits Enrollment already reflects the $500 savings on 2025 medical payroll contributions for you. If covering your spouse/domestic partner, the cost shown reflects the $500 savings for them too. Therefore, if you and/or your covered spouse/domestic partner don’t complete both of these activities by November 22, 2024 (11:59 p.m. ET), your payroll contributions will increase in March 2025.
