Basic Plan
With the Cigna Healthcare Basic Plan, you get access to our nationwide network of quality doctors, hospitals and providers that meet our rigorous standards for quality and cost-efficiency. From cardiologists to pediatricians, quality, affordable care is close to home.
Key Updates for 2026
- Employee-only premium decreases to $5 per pay period
- Employee copays for several services are now $5 per visit,1 including:
- Primary Care
- Behavioral Health
- All Virtual Care
- Physical Therapy (PT)
- Speech Therapy (ST)
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Applied Behavioral Therapy (ABA)
Pharmacy Benefits
Effective January 1, 2026, Amazon’s pharmacy benefit will be administered by RxAdvance. The program will continue to offer access to a wide network of retail pharmacies, mail-order services through Amazon Pharmacy, and specialty medications through Optum Specialty Pharmacy.

Hinge Health
Beginning 1/1/26, Hinge Health will be available on the Basic Plan. Hinge Health is a digital program that helps with joint, muscle, and bone pain through virtual physical therapy and exercise plans. The copay is $5 per visit.

Coverage Overview
The Enhanced Plan includes a wide range of services with copays that vary by service type. This tiered structure helps members understand what they’ll pay based on the kind of care they receive. Tiered copays apply to primary care and specialty care when Tier 1 providers are available as an option in your area.
Copay Details
- Primary Care Visit: $30/$50 for Tier 1/Tier 2 providers
- Specialist Visit: $60/$100 for Tier 1/Tier 2 providers

If your favorite doctor isn’t in-network, send us a Provider Nomination Form, and we’ll contact them directly.2

If you’re new to Cigna Healthcare and already seeing a doctor that’s not in our network for a specific condition, you can keep seeing them while we help with a safe transfer to an in-network provider. Convenient virtual care
As a Cigna Healthcare member, you’ll have access to reliable, affordable virtual care through MDLIVE®.4 This includes 24/7 urgent care, virtual wellness visits, virtual behavioral health and more. Speak with a board-certified doctor by phone or video – anytime, anywhere.
- The $5 premium per pay period and $5 copays apply to the Basic Plan for employee-only coverage in the 2026 plan year. Other services may have different copay amounts. These amounts do not count toward the deductible. See plan documents for full details.
- Cigna Healthcare contacts all nominated providers in an effort to recruit them into the network; however, Cigna Healthcare cannot guarantee that they will be added to the network. Submission of the provider nomination form in no way guarantees the provider will be added to the network. Please note that Cigna Healthcare has national agreements in place for certain services and therefore, we will not be able to recruit the following specialties: Laboratory Services, Home Health Services, Home Infusion Services, Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics and Orthotics, High Tech Radiology and Audiology. Please be advised that the credentialing process for a provider can take up to 90 days.
- Children under age 13 are not permitted to register for a personal profile at myCigna.com.; The downloading and use of the myCigna Mobile App is subject to the terms and conditions of the App and the online store from which it is downloaded. Standard mobile phone carrier and data usage charges apply.
- Cigna Healthcare provides access to virtual care through national telehealth providers as part of your plan. This service is separate from your health plan’s network and all services may not be available in all areas; subject to state regulations. Referrals are not required. Video may not be available in all areas or with all providers. Refer to plan documents for complete description of virtual care services and costs.
