We all need a little help getting to our healthy place now and then. Your Health Coaching Team is dedicated to your whole health and well-being – body and mind. Your personal Health Coach can help you do the following:
- Identify stress triggers and how to cope with and reduce stress.
- Maintain good eating habits and manage or lose weight.
- Better manage conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and more.
With Cigna Healthcare Health Coaching, you can receive confidential assistance from reliable, compassionate professionals – at no additional cost to you.

WINFertility nurses are available at 1.833.439.1517, Monday through Friday 9AM to 9PM ET, to help you select a high-quality provider, understand your treatment options, and provide clinical and emotional support. Family Building benefits have a $35,000 medical lifetime limit. (Enrollment with WINFertility and completion of a nurse consultation is required to unlock this benefit level; otherwise, the medical lifetime limit is $10,000.)2
Transition of Care
Undergoing treatment for a serious illness and your doctor isn’t in the Cigna Healthcare network? Included Health can help you.
A Transition of Care (TOC) program is available for customers receiving ongoing complex medical care (for certain medical and behavioral health conditions) who are newly transitioning to Cigna Healthcare.
- A transition of care can include in-network reimbursement of doctors and facilities that are not in the network of your new health care company (for a limited time).
- It may also involve a transition of care and disease management case between Cigna Healthcare and Included Health as a result of a customer moving in or out of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana or Oklahoma.
If you are transitioning to Cigna Healthcare effective January 1, or need assistance with a care and disease management case, contact Included Health to discuss eligibility for the transition of care and to obtain assistance completing the TOC form.
NOTE: If you need help finding a quality in-network provider or completing the TOC form, call Included Health at 1.833.938.9874, 24/7.
