Healthy habits can lead to healthy savings.

Cigna Healthcare® is proud to be the administrator for the JPMorganChase Wellness Activities – even if we are not your medical carrier.

They say good health is its own reward. It can be even more rewarding when you participate in the JPMorganChase Wellness Activities Program.

The money in your MRA is tax-free and can be used to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses, such as medical and prescription drug expenses. Earning all available Wellness Rewards in your MRA can really help offset some of these costs.

Schedule your wellness screening at an onsite Screening event or JPMC Health & Wellness Center. Or you can download a form to get your screening at a doctor’s office, Quest Patient Service Center/lab, or CVS MinuteClinic.

Schedule your biometric Wellness Screening:

  • From your intranet browser, type “go/screeningandassessment” > Schedule an appointment on the Wellness Screening Portal.1
  • From home: Visit myhealth.jpmorganchase.com > Wellness Activities & Services > Schedule your Wellness Screening.

As a JPMorganChase employee, you have the opportunity to earn up to $700 in your MRA by completing wellness activities between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. Visit My Health > My MRA Additional Wellness Activities2 for more details.

This quick and easy online assessment2 must also be completed for you to save $500 on your medical payroll contributions in the following plan year. You’ll receive a wellness score and recommendations on how to make improvements to your health.

Take your assessment now

1Both the biometric wellness screening and online wellness assessment must be completed between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025 (11:59 p.m. ET).
