With this plan, your employer has established a health reimbursement account that you can use to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses during the calendar year.

  • $3,000/$6,000 employer contribution to health reimbursement account
  • Unlimited lifetime maximum benefit
  • 100% coverage for in-network preventive screenings
  • Plan pays 100% after deductible for in-network inpatient and outpatient covered services

If you have a medical provider who is not currently in our network, you can nominate them to join the Cigna Healthcare network. Just fill out and send in a Provider Nomination Form and we’ll contact them directly.
