Convenient virtual care
As a Cigna Healthcare member, you’ll have access to reliable, affordable virtual care through MD Live.1 This includes 24/7 urgent care, virtual wellness visits, virtual behavioral health and more. Speak with a board-certified doctor by phone or video—anytime, anywhere. You can also take advantage of our diverse selection of participating virtual providers for things such as physical therapy, cardiac health, and sleep apnea.
Find a provider
Take advantage of the broad Cigna Healthcare provider network. To search, use the Provider Directory and enter your location and provider type.
- Enrolling in the OAPIN plan: Select the Open Access Plus (OAP) provider network, regardless of your state.
- Illinois residents: Select the PPO provider network.
- Residents of all other states: Select the Open Access Plus (OAP) provider network.
Pharmacy needs
Express Scripts Pharmacy® lets you get up to a 90-day supply of the medications you take on a regular basis so you’ll never miss an important dose.2 Search the Legacy drug list for your medication to learn exactly how it will be covered.
Mental health support
Cigna Healthcare provides mental and behavioral health support for teens, parents, and families. Connect to care 24/7, or work with a behavioral health coach for a wide range of conditions. Additional services may include the following:
- Support for a variety of conditions, such as autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, substance use and more
- Digital platforms, such as Headspace, to help you overcome stress, anxiousness, loneliness and more

Coverage Overview
The Enhanced Plan includes a wide range of services with copays that vary by service type. This tiered structure helps members understand what they’ll pay based on the kind of care they receive. Tiered copays apply to primary care and specialty care when Tier 1 providers are available as an option in your area.
Copay Details
- Primary Care Visit: $30/$50 for Tier 1/Tier 2 providers
- Specialist Visit: $60/$100 for Tier 1/Tier 2 providers
